A company is looking for a Legal Executive Assistant - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage schedules, calendars, and travel appointments for Partners and internal stakeholders
- Support Partner time tracking, draft client engagement letters, and format documents
- Conduct ad-hoc research to assist with partner projects and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of senior administrative support experience in a law firm
- Experience working remotely
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
- Experience in calendar and inbox management, travel planning, and scheduling
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
