A company is looking for a Contract Administrator to join their Legal Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, revise, draft, and negotiate various agreements with customers and vendors
- Maintain understanding of contract templates, policies, legal risks, and company risk tolerance
- Prepare contracts for internal review and advise management on contractual responsibilities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of five years of experience in negotiating and drafting contracts in a commercial environment
- Experience in contract management solutions and implementations
- Experience working with legal technology solutions
- Ability to work east coast hours (EST) as needed
