Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contracts Attorney to support the Legal and Procurement teams in managing vendor and procurement-related contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate various procurement and vendor-related contracts
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contracts meet operational needs and corporate standards
- Identify and mitigate legal and business risks in procurement contracts and assist with contract lifecycle management
Required Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admission (or eligibility for admission) to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 3-5 years of legal experience, preferably in a law firm or in-house legal department
- Familiarity with procurement or commercial contracts is preferred
- Active license to practice law in a U.S. state
