Job Summary
A company is looking for a Pharmacy Contracts Manager responsible for overseeing agreements with providers, pharmaceutical manufacturers, vendors, and other third parties.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and manage complex agreements while coordinating with other functional areas
- Negotiate contract amendments and ensure effective implementation of contracts
- Lead onboarding and training of new employees and junior staff on essential job duties
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; Juris Doctorate preferred with emphasis in health or contract law
- 5+ years of experience in contract administration, preferably in specialty pharmacy or pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Proven ability to lead process-improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt+)
- Expert-level knowledge in low-code workflow and business intelligence platforms
- Experience in designing data architectures and KPI dashboards in regulated environments
