Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee a risk-based audit program ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction
- Lead QA initiatives and manage strategic corporate quality and compliance efforts across functions
- Conduct audits, manage client communications, and maintain regulatory standards and certifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality and operations within the central laboratory, biotech, or pharma industry
- At least 6 years of auditing and inspections experience
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Proven experience in leading quality teams in a global environment
