Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel specializing in Partnerships, Alliances & Channel.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise the channel sales organization on legal risks and issues related to global partner programs
• Draft, review, and negotiate various partnership and alliance agreements to support contract velocity
• Respond to legal advice requests from business teams and improve legal processes and templates

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of in-house legal experience, preferably in a technology company
• Familiarity with privacy and information security legal issues
• Admitted to the bar and in good standing in at least one U.S. state
• Strong business-friendly approach to support company growth
• Experience with Salesforce, Slack, DocuSign, and contract lifecycle management
