Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel, Commercial Transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements
• Assist in drafting and maintaining terms of use and contest rules
• Advise on risk management through contract negotiations and ensure compliance with laws

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school, ideally with top 25% class ranking
• Admission to the MA bar or eligibility for MA authorized in-house counsel
• Experience in gaming and/or technology is a plus
• Experience with advertising agreements or data privacy agreements is a plus
