Job Summary

A company is looking for a Real Estate Law Clerk - Verification for their Western Canada Underwriting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle policies flagged for fraud mitigation review and conduct initial investigations
• Conduct basic analysis and risk assessments using internal and external tools
• Prepare detailed notes for underwriters and manage a high volume of files under tight timelines

Required Qualifications

• Law clerk diploma
• Experience in a real estate law firm or knowledge of real estate transactions is an asset
• Understanding of real estate fraud trends and mitigation tools is an asset
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Good computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Word Suite
