Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Coverage Attorney to join their litigation and coverage team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze insurance policies and provide coverage opinions
• Draft coverage position letters, reservations of rights, and declination letters
• Represent insurers in declaratory judgment actions and coverage litigation

Qualifications:

• 2-5+ years of experience in insurance coverage, insurance defense, or related litigation
• Bar admission required in Florida
• Experience working closely with clients, adjusters, and outside counsel
• Motivated and eager to grow within a collaborative legal environment
