Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior legal authority on vendor contracts and strategic partnerships
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of vendor and service agreements
• Lead the legal negotiation of partnership agreements and collaborate with compliance and security teams

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 8 years of experience as an attorney, including in-house and law firm experience in regulated industries
• 5 years of experience negotiating vendor and partnership agreements in the B2B SaaS industry
• Extensive experience in negotiating complex commercial contracts
• Strong command of commercial contract law and legal frameworks in fintech and SaaS
