Job Summary

A company is looking for an In-House Counsel - HR & Litigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance and representation in employment-related legal matters
• Lead the strategy and execution of employment litigation and pre-litigation matters
• Collaborate with HR leadership to ensure legally sound personnel decisions and policies

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar
• 1-2 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in employment law or litigation
• Experience or strong interest in healthcare or mental health environments is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive HR and personnel matters discreetly and strategically
