Compliance Audit Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Audit Manager to oversee and execute various audits within the Compliance Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an annual audit plan, incorporating regulatory trends and best practices
• Lead audits from planning to reporting, ensuring effective follow-up and remediation activities
• Provide guidance to junior auditors and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (required)
• 5+ years of experience in auditing, compliance, or risk management with leadership responsibilities
• Experience with SOC 1/SOC 2 frameworks and familiarity with SSAE 18 and COSO
• Experience in healthcare or government-funded programs, especially knowledge of HIPAA regulations
• Preferred certifications include CISA, CIA, CPA, or other relevant credentials
