Associate Legal Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Legal Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements
• Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders across departments
• Identify and assess legal risks, developing mitigation strategies

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active and in good standing with a State Bar
• 3+ years of experience in contract drafting and negotiation
• Experience with data privacy and security laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide practical solutions
