Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Manager Advisory.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consumer compliance advice and guidance to business partners
• Identify and lead ongoing compliance monitoring efforts and assess regulatory changes
• Create and maintain a bank-wide training program on compliance issues

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of consumer compliance, audit, or regulatory exam support experience
• Bachelor's degree and commensurate work experience
• Compliance certification, such as a CRCM, preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple compliance projects
• Comfortable working with people at varying levels of skill and authority
