Job Summary

A company is looking for an EHS Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with the Toxic Control Substance Act (TSCA), Clean Air and Water Act, and OSHA regulations
• Provide guidance on risk mitigation and collaborate with EHS and government affairs on new chemistries
• Manage required notices to regulators regarding workplace injuries, safety, and environmental investigations

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as an Environmental, Health, and Safety Attorney
• In-depth knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance
• Experience in handling OSHA matters
• Ability to provide expert guidance for operations outside the US
• Strong background in risk mitigation strategies
