Fund Governance Compliance Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP of Fund Governance and Trust Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Trustees to develop meeting agendas and prepare compliance reports
• Manage compliance diligence processes for sub-advisers and conduct periodic testing of compliance controls
• Assist in the preparation of regulatory memoranda and maintain annual meeting calendars

Required Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in ETF, mutual fund, and fund compliance and governance
• Knowledge of SEC rules and regulations applicable to mutual funds/ETFs
• BA degree required
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines
