Compliance Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance and Knowledge Management Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Review compliance with Delegation of Authority and Resource Mobilization policies and recommend improvements
• Develop knowledge management resources and internal guidance materials for public sector agreements
• Maintain internal tracking tools and develop donor-facing materials on risk management topics

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of a post-graduate university law degree in a relevant field (e.g., international law, commercial law)
• At least two years of progressively responsible experience in relevant legal practice
• Familiarity with donor conditions imposed by public sector partners
• Experience conducting compliance desk reviews
• Experience working with international organizations, preferably the UN
