Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager - Compliance to ensure adherence to regulatory standards within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute internal audits to assess compliance with regulations and policies
• Manage the NCQA accreditation process and oversee the submission of reports to DMHC
• Develop and deliver compliance training programs for employees

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance management within the managed care industry
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards, including NCQA
• Experience managing internal and mock audits
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
