A company is looking for a Manager - Compliance to ensure adherence to regulatory standards within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute internal audits to assess compliance with regulations and policies
- Manage the NCQA accreditation process and oversee the submission of reports to DMHC
- Develop and deliver compliance training programs for employees
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance management within the managed care industry
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards, including NCQA
- Experience managing internal and mock audits
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
