Corporate Counsel - Licensed Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel - North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to the North America sales team and assist with customer and supplier contracts
• Ensure contract compliance with policies and laws, and support data privacy matters
• Resolve complex issues and disputes while managing outside counsel as needed

Required Qualifications

• J.D. with strong academic credentials and an undergraduate degree
• Minimum of 5 years of legal experience in a commercial law firm or as corporate counsel
• Admission to the bar of at least one state
• Experience with US telecommunications services contracts is preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
