Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Contract Administrator (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and assess client contracts for risks and compliance with company policy
  • Lead negotiations and advise on contract terms, ensuring compliance with business provisions
  • Oversee contract administration activities and guide Contract Administrators as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • 10+ years of prime contract administration experience
  • Strong knowledge of contract negotiation and management, including FAR/DFAR regulations
  • Experience with Federal Government contracts, especially in DoD and DoE sectors
  • Some background in Engineering and Construction contracting is preferred
