Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Contract Administrator (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Review and assess client contracts for risks and compliance with company policy
- Lead negotiations and advise on contract terms, ensuring compliance with business provisions
- Oversee contract administration activities and guide Contract Administrators as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- 10+ years of prime contract administration experience
- Strong knowledge of contract negotiation and management, including FAR/DFAR regulations
- Experience with Federal Government contracts, especially in DoD and DoE sectors
- Some background in Engineering and Construction contracting is preferred
