Corporate Compliance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Corporate Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate compliance initiatives across the business, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations
• Oversee investigations into integrity-related concerns and maintain a risk-based compliance program tailored to business needs
• Lead the development and execution of compliance training programs and promote a speak-up culture within the organization

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in legal, compliance, or regulatory roles, with at least 3 years in corporate compliance
• 3+ years in a leadership or management capacity
• JD, CPA, or Master's in Law, Business, Accounting, or a related field preferred
• Experience in publicly traded or highly regulated global companies is strongly preferred
• Professional certifications such as CCEP, CFE, or CIPP are preferred
