A company is looking for a Director of Corporate Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate compliance initiatives across the business, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations
- Oversee investigations into integrity-related concerns and maintain a risk-based compliance program tailored to business needs
- Lead the development and execution of compliance training programs and promote a speak-up culture within the organization
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in legal, compliance, or regulatory roles, with at least 3 years in corporate compliance
- 3+ years in a leadership or management capacity
- JD, CPA, or Master's in Law, Business, Accounting, or a related field preferred
- Experience in publicly traded or highly regulated global companies is strongly preferred
- Professional certifications such as CCEP, CFE, or CIPP are preferred
