Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Litigation Associate with a focus on healthcare litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complex litigation matters related to healthcare and breach of contract disputes
• Draft motions, discovery, pleadings, and legal memoranda
• Conduct legal research, investigations, and develop case strategies

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in California
• 1+ years of litigation experience; healthcare litigation experience preferred
• Strong skills in drafting motions and conducting legal research
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Familiarity with arbitration procedures is a plus
