Senior Conflicts Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Conflicts Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business conflicts of interest reports using Intapp Open conflicts software and online research tools
• Perform preliminary analysis of conflicts search results for review by a Conflicts Attorney and mentor less experienced staff
• Assist in developing conflicts workflow efficiencies and ensure adherence to department standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least four years of experience in conflicts within a law firm setting, or JD with less experience
• Proficiency with relational conflicts databases, such as Intapp Open or LegalKey
• Experience with online corporate research databases, such as Dun & Bradstreet and Capital IQ
• Proficiency in Microsoft programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel
