Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day legal support for practice management businesses, addressing various legal issues
• Offer healthcare regulatory advice related to agreements with physician practices
• Collaborate with operations and technology teams to enhance business performance and data governance

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 7+ years of relevant legal experience in a corporate legal department or law firm focused on healthcare
• Significant experience in fraud and abuse laws, transactions, and contract negotiations
• Juris Doctor Degree with excellent academic credentials
• Member of a state bar in good standing
• Must be authorized to work in the US; sponsorship is not available for this position
