Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel, Litigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult and assist the claims department in responding to time limit and policy limit demands
• Manage a portfolio of national extra-contractual matters and provide coverage analysis
• Conduct legal research and analysis, presenting complex issues to upper management

Required Qualifications

• JD from an American Bar Association accredited law school
• 7+ years of legal experience focusing on coverage and/or extra-contractual issues
• Understanding of national coverage and extra-contractual/bad faith law
• Ability to navigate a large company with minimal guidance
• Basic Excel skills
