Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the review and negotiation of proposals and contracts to ensure compliance and organizational interests
- Manage the contract change control process and maintain the contract database and associated files
- Provide guidance to internal teams on contract-related matters and develop negotiation strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5-7 years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience managing contracts with the State of Texas is strongly preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Must reside within the State of Texas
