Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel to join their legal department.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a legal advisor for the global rollout of the UMA protocol and Spark networks, providing counsel throughout product development
• Draft and negotiate product-related agreements, terms of service, and other foundational documents
• Advise on data privacy matters and negotiate contracts with vendors, including nondisclosure agreements

Required Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier accredited law school
• Admission to practice law in the US jurisdiction of residence
• 5+ years of experience in commercial transactions, with in-house experience preferred
• Familiarity with financial services laws, crypto/blockchain regulations, and data privacy regulations
• Experience with drafting complex commercial contracts and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
