Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Corporate Counsel, Commercial.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, negotiate, and close various commercial agreements
• Create and execute contracting strategies to optimize business objectives
• Advise business partners on commercial legal issues and ensure compliance with laws

Required Qualifications

• JD or foreign equivalent with membership in at least one state bar
• At least 7 years of experience as a practicing attorney, including in-house experience
• Strong experience with technology agreements
• Curiosity about AI and experience with AI technologies in legal practice
• Ability to draft documents and communicate clearly and effectively
