Vice President of Compliance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President Compliance, Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the creation and implementation of a comprehensive compliance strategy and workplan
• Provide leadership and guidance on compliance, ethics, and regulatory issues to reduce risk and enable business growth
• Manage a large team of compliance professionals and oversee compliance programs across various business lines

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in implementing and leading comprehensive compliance programs
• 5+ years of experience supervising and leading a team, including performance management
• Experience working with senior executives in a heavily matrixed environment
• Proven leadership skills in managing and developing large teams
• Relevant advanced degree or certification preferred
