Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Employment and Benefits Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on employee relations matters and lead employment-related initiatives
• Draft, review, and refine employment-related documents and policies
• Collaborate on privacy and cybersecurity initiatives and educate teams on legal considerations

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and an active license to practice law in the U.S
• 5-7 years of legal experience in a top-tier law firm and/or publicly traded company
• Experience advising on employment and benefits-related matters, including litigation
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
