Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Contracts Attorney (Quantum Computing).

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate various commercial agreements, including global purchase agreements and software license agreements
• Triage and respond to business inquiries related to contracting needs
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and refine SOPs for legal and business operations

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and must reside and be licensed in specified states
• Minimum 2-5 years of legal experience, preferably in a corporate or technology-focused environment
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills across multiple agreement types
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Quick learner with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
