Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in New York
• Experience in insurance defense or related legal field preferred
• Understanding of litigation processes and legal documentation
• Familiarity with regulatory changes impacting legal strategies
