California Licensed EHS Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Attorney.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on environmental laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Develop, review, and update EHS policies and procedures
• Identify potential hazards in the workplace and develop risk mitigation strategies

Required Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of experience in environmental, health, and safety law
• Deep knowledge of TSCA compliance and coordination with relevant departments
• Strong experience with the Clean Air Act and Clean Water Act
• Proven ability to manage regulatory notices related to chemical releases
• Expertise in workplace injury and safety law, including state OSHA matters
