Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Paralegal with California employment law experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain and manage client documents and conduct litigation background checks
• Draft legal documents for attorney review, including motions and discovery responses
• Assist in trial preparation and manage evidentiary matters

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of California litigation paralegal experience
• Labor and employment litigation experience required
• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
• Completion of an ABA-approved paralegal program or equivalent law-related education
• Experience working under the supervision of a California-licensed attorney
