Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Litigation Attorney with at least six years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial litigation cases, including arbitration and breach of contract matters
• Take ownership of cases from inception to resolution
• Work autonomously with a low billable hour requirement of 1800 hours

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of litigation experience
• Previous experience in a Big Law environment is preferred
• Must be licensed in New York; additional licenses in California and Florida are a plus
• Strong advocacy and case management skills
