Manager of Integrity and Compliance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Integrity & Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and guide strategy development and performance goal achievement for ministry-level or enterprise-wide functions
• Oversee vendor and contract labor management while optimizing spending and ensuring compliance with functional area priorities
• Measure and report on KPIs/metrics, providing leadership for the colleague's life cycle and ensuring adherence to regulations and policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, health administration, or a related field, or a law degree, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience in health care compliance or consulting with increasing responsibilities
• Thorough understanding of health care legal and regulatory practices, financial and internal control systems
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience
• Experience with Medicare regulations and patient-driven payment models is preferred
