Key Responsibilities
- Lead and guide strategy development and performance goal achievement for ministry-level or enterprise-wide functions
- Oversee vendor and contract labor management while optimizing spending and ensuring compliance with functional area priorities
- Measure and report on KPIs/metrics, providing leadership for the colleague's life cycle and ensuring adherence to regulations and policies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, health administration, or a related field, or a law degree, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience in health care compliance or consulting with increasing responsibilities
- Thorough understanding of health care legal and regulatory practices, financial and internal control systems
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience
- Experience with Medicare regulations and patient-driven payment models is preferred
