Job Summary

A company is looking for a General Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic legal counsel to executive leadership on legal and regulatory issues
• Ensure compliance with healthcare laws and manage legal risk
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts while supporting governance activities

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school; licensed to practice in Florida
• Minimum 10 years of legal experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role in healthcare
• Deep knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations
• Experience advising boards of directors and senior executive teams
