Contracts Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Manager to manage and optimize their commercial contracting process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of customer and vendor contracts, including NDAs and related amendments
• Own and optimize the Ironclad CLM platform, including templates, workflows, and reporting
• Triage and support inbound contract requests from Sales and RevOps, escalating legal issues as needed

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in contracts management or commercial legal support in-house, ideally in SaaS or B2B tech
• High comfort level reviewing NDAs independently with solid judgment for escalating deviations
• Hands-on experience with CLM tools, especially Ironclad
• Familiarity with SaaS contracting terms and data privacy requirements
• Organized, adaptable, and proactive about process improvement and scale
