Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervising Attorney for its Michigan Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage attorneys and employees within the Michigan Division, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines
• Oversee the development and management of the department's annual P&L
• Direct legal and operational oversight for judicial foreclosure processes and manage litigation for National Lending Institutions

Required Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in Michigan
• 8+ years of litigation experience, particularly in foreclosure, title, bankruptcy, evictions, and REO
• Management experience in a legal setting
• Postgraduate degree in law (Doctoral level)
• Experience with complex civil litigation cases
