Job Summary
A company is looking for a Legal Assistant to provide essential support to the Employment Practices Liability Claims team.
Key Responsibilities
- Retrieve and organize legal and claims-related documents
- Prepare and process check requests in accordance with company procedures
- Create and maintain claim files and assist with management of invoices issued by outside law firms
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required/preferred, or equivalent education/related work experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, paralegal, or administrative assistant in a professional environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM systems, such as SalesForce, preferred
- Experience with matter and document management systems, such as Legal Tracker and Perceptive Content, preferred
