Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee defense litigation cases within the Consumer Financial Services Practice Group
• Develop case strategies and represent clients in federal and state court proceedings
• Collaborate with a national legal team to provide effective legal solutions for clients

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admission in good standing to at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Minimum of 5 years of defense litigation experience
• Experience in consumer financial services litigation preferred
• Federal and state court experience required
