State Licensed Outside Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outside Counsel, Global Channels and Professional Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Global Channel and Professional Services organizations in building compliant programs and policies
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial and SaaS sales agreements
• Provide commercial guidance and compliance advice to sales executives and internal stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Admitted, active, and in good standing with the state bar
• 7+ years of relevant experience in a high-growth SaaS environment
• Extensive experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial and SaaS agreements
• Deep understanding of SaaS business models and global antitrust law
• Ability to manage multiple workloads and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
