Florida Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Analyst to support regulatory compliance activities and the maintenance of the Compliance Management System.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining and updating compliance procedures and documentation
• Support ongoing monitoring and testing of compliance with applicable regulations
• Help track regulatory changes and evaluate their impact on the Bank's policies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Legal Studies, or a related field required
• 2+ years of experience in banking, compliance, risk, auditing, or a related field preferred
• Basic understanding of U.S. banking regulations or a strong willingness to learn
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Eagerness to grow in the field of regulatory compliance
