Key Responsibilities
- Review, write, and revise contract language according to internal guidance and deadlines
- Coordinate the drafting, execution, and tracking of specific contract types for projects
- Compile and organize data from funding agreements and maintain documentation of contracts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience in contracts administration, or an Associate's degree with a paralegal certification and 3-5 years of experience
- Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word and Excel
- Proficiency in manipulating PDFs using Adobe Acrobat
- Experience with signature processes using platforms like DocuSign
- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Slack or Microsoft Teams
