State Licensed VP of Legal Affairs

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Legal & Privacy Affairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage legal agreements and contract administration, including drafting and reviewing terms
• Provide regulatory guidance and support operations
• Oversee the company compliance program and manage team development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctorate required; licensed to practice law in the state of residence
• 20 years of experience, with at least 15 years in practicing law related to managed care plans
• Familiarity with NCQA and/or URAC accreditation
• Experience in developing and reviewing healthcare compliance policies and procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and contract lifecycle management software
