A company is looking for a New Mexico Licensed Litigation Attorney (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle civil litigation cases including written discovery, motion work, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
• Work independently or collaboratively on a flexible schedule, either part-time or full-time
• Manage cases related to commercial/business litigation, labor and employment law, personal injury law, and other specified areas

Required Qualifications

• Must be a licensed attorney in New Mexico
• Minimum of 4 years of legal experience in litigation
• Strong academic credentials and outstanding references
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
