A company is looking for a Billing Coordinator - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Request and receive approval from clients to bill excess fees
- Create and prepare invoices for work performed in accordance with established guidelines
- Maintain detailed, accurate billing records and assist in resolving billing inquiries
Required Qualifications
- Comfortable working with numbers
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
- Experience in legal billing or foreclosure default processing is a plus
- Strong organizational, resourcefulness, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members
