Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Develop proactive risk management strategies and keep leadership informed of legal developments
• Engage with stakeholders to assess legal risks and facilitate problem resolution

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant legal experience in technology/software or space sector
• J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admitted to and member in good standing of at least one U.S. State Bar
• Experience with global and domestic compliance matters
• Hands-on experience in reviewing, negotiating, and drafting commercial agreements
