A company is looking for a Temporary IT Contracts Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic IT procurement negotiations, ensuring alignment with internal policies and commercial objectives
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including software licensing, AI partnerships, and IT services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate risk and drive value while advising on contract risk and compliance matters

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in the U.S
• Minimum of 5 years' experience negotiating technology and IT-related contracts
• Demonstrated expertise in buy-side strategic transactions with the ability to assess legal and business risk
• Deep familiarity with licensing models, including SaaS and enterprise IT services
