Job Summary

A company is looking for an Environmental Health and Safety Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on environmental permitting and regulatory compliance for data center operations across multiple jurisdictions
• Support health and safety compliance efforts as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to regulatory compliance goals

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of substantive law experience, particularly in environmental, health & safety, and hardware compliance
• Experience in private practice at a law firm and/or government agency, with multi-jurisdictional experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward
• Organized, structured, and responsive with a willingness to work with technology
• Able to work cross-functionally with a diverse group of internal clients
